and with Chef Nicks’ professional guidance, learn some new
cooking skills or prepare a new recipe. We can do hands on
class where everyone participates or you can just observe.
There will be only one requirement, HAVE FUN.

Meal
Assembly – Make an appointment with Chef Nick
to work together on a one, two, three or four week menu
cycle. What foods do you like or dislike? Do you have any
dietary restrictions? Once we get
the menu figured out Chef Nick will do the
shopping, come back to your kitchen and cook the meals,
package them, freeze or refrigerate the meals and clean up.
We will leave you with prepared healthy meals and lots of
free time. No more stressing on “What’s for dinner”.

good starting place to making healthier food choices.

recommend more nutritious substitutes as well as other items
you might enjoy that have higher nutritional values.
