Nick has more than twenty five years experience
in food service
with small restaurants, large hotels and cafeteria services.
He is the
author of the booklet, How To Conquer The Kitchen: 109 Cooking Tips and
Techniques,
a 21-page booklet that has sold in various formats without spending a penny on
advertising.
Nick has an Associate Degree in Food Service,
hotel management. Part of his training was an 8 week co-op program at West Point
Military Academy. As a chef he has cooked for such celebrities as
Sonny and Cher, The Harlem Globetrotters, Guy Lumbardo and Mickey Mantle.
